Refund Eligibility

1. For cancellations made within 7 days or more before the scheduled check-in date, a full refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
2. For cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the scheduled check-in date, a 50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued.
3. For cancellations made within 3 days (72 hours) or less of the scheduled check-in date, no refunds will be issued.
